71 Village Park Rd

71 Village Park is a 12,224 square foot single-tenant manufacturing building on 1.3 acres in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The site has 80 parking spaces and two loading docks.  The building was renovated in multiple steps to improve performance and efficiency.

Renovations and efficiency elements include:

• Two solar arrays providing 100% of the electric demands, 22 kW DC and 35 kW DC, producing 68,000 kWh annually
• High efficiency tinted and low-E insulated glass windows
• Energy efficient rooftop heating and cooling packages
• Reflective TPO roofing to reduce heat load to the building
• High efficiency natural gas infrared tube heaters in the warehouse
• T8, T5 high bay, and LED lighting, and occupancy sensors to turn lights off automatically
• Low maintenance landscaping and a limited pesticide-free lawn
